  • Board Transformation (12 months) — Everything in Tier 2 + policy/by-law review & audit, Board Policy Roadmap, 3 quarterly follow-ups, Annual Board Development Plan.
    Deliverables: All Tier 2 deliverables + Policy Roadmap, updated draft policies, Annual Board Development Plan.

    Investment: $9,500
