Hi there, I’m Brittany: the founder of FOCUS, multi-passionate community builder, previous Executive Director and mom to three. In other words, I get asking for support.
I built FOCUS with my younger self in mind, the new ED dreaming about a thriving community but not sure where to start or how to get my team and board on-board with the vision.
Now, I’m here to serve people like you.

FOCUS support is designed for the Executive Director with <3 years of experience in the role. While we are open to working with all ED’s, those new in the role are our best fit.
